We'll start to "hit it off"
At your first meeting with any DJ you interview, it's so important that you get a good feeling for the person you're meeting with. You need to feel comfortable talking to them, and you should feel like they are communicating with you in a genuine, down-to-earth manner. Put aside all the credentials, all the wedding experience and tech talk, and ask yourself if you can see this one person REPRESENTING YOU to your family and closest friends. Can you envision them interacting well and "fitting in" with your guests? These are things we'd like you to be thinking about as we chat.
I'll get you get involved right from the beginning
Right there at our first meeting, I'll provide you with tons of ideas and a planning package that's yours to keep. It's important to me that you understand EXACTLY what you're "paying for" when you hire my services. I understand you're putting a lot of trust in the DJ service you hire for your wedding, and when you hire Sounds To Go, I want you to feel certain your trust and faith is justified. The best way to do that is to give you an overview of the planning process we'll use, and to get you involved in it right from the beginning. I want you to be absolutely certain you're making the right choice for your wedding entertainment.
Of course I "play music" and "make announcements," but there's so much more to a successful event. By getting you involved in our planning process during this first free consultation, it's my hope that you'll get an idea of just how much I actually put into your wedding well before the day itself actually arrives, and that you'll also get a glimpse into all the other things I'll be doing behind the scenes the day-of to make it run smoothly.
After we've gone over all of the particulars of your event and given you an overview of the planning services, I'll will take some time to go over the nuts-and-bolts... Pricing for your event, payment terms, the contract mumbo jumbo, and more.
I'll give you the space and the time to make your buying decision without high-pressure sales-tactics because, well... I don't believe in them!
You can either sign your contract on-the-spot and have the peace-of-mind of knowing you have one of the most important aspects of your wedding taken care of, or you can feel free to get back to me after you have had time to make an informed buying decision. Either way, you'll never encounter high-pressure sales-tactics with Sounds To Go. I believe the customer service I provide, the planning services I offer, and my overall attitude will all speak for themselves.
You'll have plenty of "A-HA!" Moments
What are "Ah-HA!" moments? They are those moments where you hear or see something you weren't expecting... something that resonates with you and makes an impact, and helps you start to envision your wedding day celebration. "A-HA!" moments are also those times when things just "click" with you, and you realize that I can help you have a FANTASTIC wedding!
Because we'll go over the in-depth planning process and materials with you at our first consultation, I promise you'll have many "A-HA!" moments before you even hire Sounds To Go! Why? Simple. Because I'll do my best to help you turn your ideas and vision into a concrete picture of your wedding day, and as we look at the details involved, you'll come to think about things you hadn't even thought of before. All the small details (there are TONS of 'em!), as well as cool, fun & just plain practical options you had NO IDEA even existed. These are the things you should be expecting and getting from your wedding DJ service, and I'll deliver.
Sure, you may come to our meeting thinking about "music" for your wedding, and while we'll definitely hit on that, and leave no aspect of music planning untouched, you'll leave with a new-found understanding that I'll also help you plan, coordinate, and handle SO much more! I really love these "A-HA!" moments, and I promise you'll have many of them when we first meet!
